1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jany9 platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, live casino, sports betting product, slots lobby, and all associated promotional features — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and jany9 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using jany9 and close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

jany9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever a revision is made. Your continued use of jany9 following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative interpretation. jany9 may provide translated summaries for player convenience, but such translations carry no legal weight in the event of a dispute.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Players accessing jany9 from Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations applicable in their location.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jany9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing jany9 as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any other person when placing wagers.
• You have not previously been excluded from jany9 or had an account suspended for violations of these terms.
• You do not hold more than one registered account on jany9 at any given time.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jany9 employee or associated service provider.

2.1 Age Verification

jany9 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance held pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

jany9 operates primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their specific location. jany9 does not accept liability for any legal consequence arising from a player's access to the platform in a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on jany9. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any pending withdrawals.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jany9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — jany9 strongly recommends this for all accounts.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jany9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jany9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any wagers placed or withdrawals initiated from your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party who gained access due to your failure to maintain security — are your responsibility unless jany9 is notified promptly of a breach and takes action to suspend the account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jany9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its internal anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies. All players may be required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the jany9 Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jany9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jany9 does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or other local banks) may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking with their payment provider regarding any applicable fees.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jany9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

Deposits are credited to your jany9 wallet in real time for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution. jany9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages outside its control.

Players may set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming controls available in their account settings. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately; a request to raise a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, completion of the KYC process described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one prior deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by the jany9 compliance team. jany9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Local Bank Transfer: 1–3 banking days from the date of approval

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

jany9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed the required identity verification steps.
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.
• Active bonus funds are attached to the balance and wagering requirements have not yet been met.
• The withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold of ৳500.
• The account has been flagged for responsible gaming review at the player's own request.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jany9 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each specific promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page. Unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements — bonus money wagers do not contribute unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

jany9 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games available on jany9 — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and fishing games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing under camera supervision by qualified dealers employed by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed game studios.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting and other sports markets on jany9 are governed by the specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In general:

• All bets are final once confirmed and the relevant market has closed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply as published per sport and competition.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. jany9 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without prior notice.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., a team listed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error) may be voided at jany9's discretion.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are covered under the cricket betting rules published in the cricket section.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during an active game round or live betting market, jany9's system logs will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of failure. Settled bets and completed game rounds will not be reversed. Incomplete game rounds affected by a verified server-side technical failure may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

6.3 Responsible Use of Player Account

Players are expected to use their jany9 accounts for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to simulate human play or exploit platform features is strictly prohibited. jany9 may terminate accounts that are found to be using any such tools without warning.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jany9. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using jany9 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent sources.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit that has already been used for wagering (chargeback fraud).
• Using bots, automated scripts, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a verified error may be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jany9 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for your account level or user role.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jany9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or responsible gaming grounds.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of any unmet bonus conditions) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests submitted under responsible gaming grounds (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the stated exclusion period.

8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, jany9 reserves the right to:

• Void all or part of the account balance where it arose from prohibited activity.
• Retain funds pending investigation where the account is under active review.
• Refuse re-registration to any player whose previous account was closed for breach.
• Share account information with relevant authorities where a criminal offence is suspected.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. jany9 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. The applicable fee and notice period will be communicated in the dormancy notice email. Players are advised to keep their registered email address current to ensure they receive such notifications.

8.4 Amendments and Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on jany9, constitute the entire agreement between you and jany9 with respect to your use of the platform. These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
